I think I've now reset all of the Kinetic Capsules that were reported in the forum as broken or not updating. I'm going to mark this thread as resolved and close it. If you're still seeing an issue with your Kinetic Capsule, please file a new bug as this is an Agent-specific or Kinetic Capsule-specific bug. Thank you.

Can you guys post the Capsule ID of your Kinetic Capsule? With that, Niantic can reset your Capsules faster.
現状詳しい原因は説明されていませんが、
個人のアカウントに紐付く問題らしくカプセルのリセットが必要なようです。
円滑にリセット処理できるようspec2015さんのキネティックカプセルのIDがスクショを投稿お願します。
下記スレッドが同じような症状が出ている方々が集っており、こちらにも投稿するとNIAの目に止まりやすいかもしれません。上記のスレッドは既にクローズされており、新しいコメントは出来なくなっているようです。失礼しました。

@spec2015 I reset your Kinetic Capsule so you should be able to start a new Program now.
