"Maximum number of Kinetic Capsule Already in use" error evn the previous program is finished

Hi, When trying to activate new Kinetic Capsule program the game gives error message that "Maximum number of Kinetic Capsules already in Progress". This error has been already for two months, even though the previous program has finished and have been walking over 200km/month since the last program.

TL;DR: You need someone from Niantic to reset your kinetic
@Wtb78 do you happen to recall anything unique you may have done when your last successful Kinetic Capsule Program completed? What OS version and device do you use? I'll work on this and follow up.
@Wtb78 are you able to start a new Kinetic Capsule Program now?
@NianticBrian Can you help out few more others on my original thread?
Just of note, @kyoungsang had her phone stationary and the scanner open for around 4+ hours for a few consecutive days before the problem happened.
