Portal disapears after linking to it

I have been experiencing this isue for several months or maybe longer.

Device - Huawei P30 pro, Android 10

Issue / reproduction scenario:

When linking from portal A to portal B which is let's say 2km further and then moving to portal B (with car, not in speedlock), portal B is not visible in the scanner while other (which you did not link to) are visible.

Restarting the scanner fixes the issue
