[2.65.1] Softlock when opening "Scores" or "Nominations" if no location has been found at start-up

If the scanner is opened and the phone doesn't get a GPS lock fast enough, the app will default to "No location found" and drops you of in the middle of nowhere, waiting for a GPS lock. If you open either the "Scores" menu, as shown above, or the "Nominations" menu during that waiting period, the scanner will softlock, requiring a restart.
This is not a big problem, as the phone oftentimes never has to wait too long for a GPS lock, however having a toast message with "Location not found" would still be better then a softlock.

Caught the softlock for the nominations as well:
For some reason, I can rotate the camera here, and the portals all loaded in visually shortly after, while the Scores softlock didn't let me move the camera at all, and the portals could only be heard after a while.
