[bug] Unique Wayspots, Scanned and captured

Issue #1

Previously captured portals are showing as never been captured before

- Prior to 2.65, I was continually puzzled why previous portals I had captured, were registered as Unique Captures, and some time later, still getting Pioneer Counts on the same portals

Issue #2

Wayspots Scanned, remain as Scout Controller, even after over 2 months have elapsed.

Issue#3

Wayspots which you have gained Scout Controller, do not show the orange halo, even though you are still Scout Controller

Regarding Issue 2, that's intended. If you mean the unique layer, then the Scout Controlled layer is not supposed to show you where you're the controller right now, but where you claimed controller at least once. If you mean that it still shows that you're controller in the portal details after 2 months, it only updates once another scan is uploaded, and according to Niantic, is intended.

That's even more weird

I have had many expire after 30 days, as expected, and no longer scout controller, with no halo, which is expected
