I feel like it would make a lot more sense if Force Amps and Turrets were immediately after the Shields on the carriage since you're more likely to pair those two with shields. Link Amps, CRLA and Ultra Link Amps would make more sense at the end of the carriage where you are less likely to accidentally use

I agree. Shields and Turrets/Force Amps is a very common combo. Scrolling through LAmps takes time.
I I would like to have something like "Mode categories" :) Attack modes, defensive modes, building modes...

Heat syncs, multihack and itos aren't.
Consistent Order is probably more important than specifics. SBUL's are regularly used by some people for additional links and for their shielding.
