C.O.R.E and level up

I dont see the window or pop up when I get items and medal when i buy C.O.R.E
When i level up i never see the animation and what items i get.
It is sometimes wrong on my account and Google. Only Niantic can resolve the bug. Please resolve the bug soon.

@jontebula just to confirm, did you get the Loadout Kit items but not see the animation, or also not get the items in addition to not seeing the animation?
Was this happening before joining C.O.R.E.? Can you also share what device and Android version you're on?
I dont get the items and not see the pop up window when I level up from L10-L13. Not the cool yellow level up animation.
When i buy C.O.R.E i get loadout kit but i dont see the pop up window what i get. I never see i earn C.O.R.E medal but i get it on my profile.
Read more agents have same bug before with level up. I think same agents write on it have also same bug if they buy C.O.R.E
