Yup - it'll just be on a standard timer within the Apple/Google store so that it ticks over at the exact time on the nth day of the month that the subscription was started. Pretty standard for such a subscription eg see Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ etc
Niantic sets it. Niantic had already long ago chosen the prices of the 7000 CMU bundle in various currencies (possibly with a lot of help from Google and/or Apple). When CORE was introduced, the prices on Android were set by Google and they were different from Niantic's prices because they forgot to apply the Niantic price tiers to the subscription. Subsequently they fixed this error, and the price changed. In UK & EU the price is now higher than Google thinks it should be at current exchange rates given the fixed USD price of 4.99.
If Google were solely in control of the price tiers, Niantic wouldn't have been able to change the subscription price.
My auto renewal went through 3 days ago, I still have the 2500 inventory and the medal next to my name, but I never got the loadout kit. I dont k ow if its because instead of paying through my Google play account, it paid through my other Google account t I use for YouTube
My renewal has happened and I dont have CORE registered against my account. I cannot have more that 2000 items and inventory is not available in Intel. There is no way to get any support for this and no way to log a formal ticket. Way to go Niantic. Proving again that even people paying you money directly is not enough incentive to even bother.
Messeged support about this 3 days ago and still no reply. @NianticBrian could I possibly get some help as it seems very unfair that I've paid and not recieved my items
I’ve recently had my drop of CORE again and I’m enjoying it. I’m eager to see my first Battle Beacon when I get to 16 later this year. I think I will end up with a lot of CMU in a few months. Not that it’s an issue, but I’d like to see more tempting things to spend it on.
What do you folks think of it now we’ve had it a while?
I’m just paying to support Ingress. Extra inventory is nice to have. Load out is mostly stuff I don’t use. Maybe we’ll be able to have some fun with the battle beacons once there are real FS events again.
My Ingress C.O.R.E. subscription has been canceled on April 10 (card expired). One hour later I reactivated my subscription but so far I didn´t receive the rewards. How long does it take? Extra inventory is very lacking.
