Possible Dev Diary for the Portal History feature?

Hey there @NianticBrian and @ofer2, about a month or two ago ofer mentioned that the uniques are stored in a way that makes retrieving them quite challenging, due to the uniqes being hashed. He also mentioned while not impossible, it would be hard and costly to revert them back into "readable" form. Today, without warning, intel updates with Uniques back filled all the way. I'm personally very interested what happened between "hard to do and might need to be bought by the agent" to "Here is the intel with the scanner update happening next update". Do you reckon a Dev Diary could be shared with us regarding Uniques? :D

Yeah, we have some time slotted to do a write-up about it, but we want to make sure that the release goes smoothly first :)
