[Bug] Captured portals do not display as Visited.

in Report a Bug
This is what happens when I look at the three San Miguel Island portals that existed when I visited there in 2017.
Visited Layer ^
Captured Layer ^
However, the Visited layer is incorrect, because I have visited the San Miguel Island portal, as well as capturing it.
The Captured set should display a subset of the Visited set, not an exclusive either/or.

Do the ornaments show up correctly if you refresh intel and load the layers without having selected any portals?
@NianticBrian @NianticCasey
I have the same issue with a portal near were I live. I know I have captured it before.
It's neither shown as captured or visited.
I can find it in the game_log.tsv received with my GDPR data :
2018 07-15 02:01:15 48.860707 2.348627 hacked friendly portal success
2017 07-03 06:28:55 48.860707 2.348627 hacked friendly portal success
2017 07-03 06:28:25 48.860707 2.348627 captured portal None
2016 09-03 10:01:46 48.860707 2.348627 hacked enemy portal success
Just did a hard refresh and it looks like it's showing captured as visited now.
Now showing.
@Perringaiden there is a bug which is fixed in the next version of the intel map coming out which hides the layer information for any portal in which you've clicked on. (behind the scenes, player portal information wasnt implemented for GetPortalDetails, which is fixed in the next version of the server)
Love your work :-)
And many other agents @ofer2 . Thank you. Ingress needs agents like @Perringaiden with detailed bug reports and well stated forum posts but also needs devs like yourself and your team to fix the bugs and give technical details when possible
I encountered a few instances of this, zooming in then out refreshed the circles to show them correctly. If it works consistently, can be a workaround until bug is fixed.
