Not loading maps after starting app for a while

Hi,

When I launch the app, the map and the ports don't load quickly.

The inventory is available but I can't modify it (unload a capsule or deposit an element): "Communication error of the scanner (1)". It can take 3-4 mins, sometimes even longer, but it's on every startup. And it ends up working. But it's really painful to use. I cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, with no improvement.

Honor 8, Android 7.0.

If you can't see any roads and portals and also cannot use Capsules, it most likely means that your location is too inaccurate. When the globe zooms in at the start, where does the marker stop? If it's west of Africa, in the ocean, the scanner didn't find a location and "drops you off" at 0,0. If this happens again, try using the drone. Should it be due to inaccurate location, the drone will tell you such.

Thank you for the answer. I also thought about a problem of localization (the GPS sends me well in Africa). But I don't have the problem on other apps that use it, like Google Maps...

I will be looking to see if the GPs can be recalibrated or something like that.
