[Bug] Buy Wintergreen medals was not possible if inventory above 2000.

I bought today both wintergreen medals but i didnt realized at first i was above limit inventory 2000 so i got error about that when try buy those medals. Not sure if this is known bug / issue but i wasnt aware that you need inventory less then 2000 to purchase optional badges.

If you're at the inventory limit (for example 2,000 items), you will not be able to make a purchase or redeem a passcode. This even includes purchases or passcodes for no items. If you're under the inventory limit (for example 1,999 items), then you can make a purchase or redeem a passcode even if it will put you at or over the inventory limit.

I've seen feature requests for not counting purchases towards the inventory limit, or allow purchases for no items if you're at or above the inventory limit, but this isn't something we plan to fix right now.
