Bringing back this years old question. Now with UI screenshot comparison using latest 2.63.2 versions.
A new comparison still shows that Beta App does have so much detailed graphics.
Both screenshots taken from the same phone. Public and Beta apps were running at the same phone and at the same time.

That’s... not a bug though. The point of a Beta/Testing environment is to test features, prepare them, BREAK them, to get as many issues worked out and ready to be rolled out publicly. There’s either bugs in the beta or more features/back-end being prepped for public release.
Not a bug, wrong section to post this and beta apps should not be discussed here.
Have you played around with the Lightning Dynamics in the settings a bit? Your beta screenshot looks like LD is off, and your public screenshot looks like LD is on full force.
