A new section to report spoofing
As much as its been fun to read all the spoofing reports and complaints, I feel its just clogging up this general area (and in some cases just leading to arguments) l. Maybe there should be another section for reporting and complaining about spoofing and let the general section clean up a bit?
(In case anyone is wondering, I dont condone spoofing at all, im just wanting g to clean uo the general area)

As soon as support starts to respond in more detail ('we confirm the strange behavior of the account', or 'ask for additional details', or 'do not find confirmation of suspicious behavior') than simply 'we did something, but we will not tell you about it', General section will clean a bit - by itself.
Now, for some unknown reason, a post about spoofer on forum is the only instant working tool.
Absolutely agree. While Trusted Reporters bot used to provide the information about decision, it is now replaced with Fast Track form which provides no response. Motivation of this decision is unclear.
Given that the existing posts are pointless, since Support doesn't read them... adding a whine channel wouldn't actually achieve anything except have more people complain that they're not being listened to, when they don't put in Support ticket.
Trusted Reporters told you the decision? All I ever got was "They've looked."
Trusted reporters wrote their decisions (if they would escalate the report or not). It helped quite a lot, because we saw ban of the spoofer taking place in hours after the escalation. And after the rejection it became clear that we should continue reporting or find other ways to deal with bad actor.
There's a difference here. Trusted reporters could choose not to report an account on your behalf, where you would then have to report yourself. With the Fast-track form, your ticket will be reviewed, regardless. Either right away or within the normal timeframe, depending on the Fast-track criteria.
