I saw a 1 star rating on the Google Play Store about Ingress Prime, he said he liked to play, he was unable to access the account and was banned, read the guidelines for the standards (I think they are the rules of Niantic games as not I use fake GPS or multiple accounts) anyway, he is sad, I don't know if he is a good agent, but I see that he is disappointed, contact him in Portuguese and send the resource or contact us for account recovery.

That’s the problem, in a game with a dwindling player base, we should be doing everything we can to keep players playing the game. I feel like some of you agents don’t want anyone to play except your friends. You do realize that when the game truly isn’t sustainable, it will go away. I don’t think Niantic even understands this at times...
This assumes that he wasn't legitimately banned. If he was spoofing, I have no interest in seeing him returned to the game...
spoofers is what drives away many players nobody wants to compete at someone sitting at their couch destroying game for legit players.
Not spoofers but impossible and large permafields. Gotta spoof if you want to play, or pay someone for spoofing.
yes but u cant deny spoofers are a problem today in many areas.... seems they drive away players and i dont blaim them.
