Prospect Hill Memories Mission not completing

I am wondering what the issue was with completing this mission. I had seen only two other agents had competed this and wodnered if others in my area have tried as well.
I had completed 11/12 of the waypoints and then somehow linked another portal to complete 12/12 but the mission never completed and the "Kent stone" portal never registered as having a field created from it. Looking at the screenshots you can clearly see the field.
Anyone in my area with any insight?

My second screenshot displays the field that was generated from the four portals. I am not sure how to pull up the timestamps like you had attached in your post
Intel.ingress.com shows the field in the screenshot were created from the top of your screen by linking TO the portal,,,,
That's it then, simple mistake.

i see you later created a field from that portal, did you get mission credit?
No I did not. And I ended up aborting that mission.
