Losing Nominations

Yesterday I submitted Fiven different nominations for portal but I Recieved submission confirmation mails of only three of them and thereby same in wayfarer account but lost five nominations so dont know where the rest of them gone Please check is this bug a common as its difficult and watage of time

I had a similar problem, a confirmation mail arrived after 2 days and the nominations appeared in the wayfarer
