[Bug] Profile default avatar displays observer's faction, not profile's faction.

This initially came up as a thing about spoofers, because as ENL I would see all these RES accounts with an ENL logo and assumed that they were somehow indicating they were attacking ENL.
However, a friend recently started the game, and when I looked at his Avatar it showed a default ENL, but when a RES friend looked at it, it showed a RES icon.
Which made me realize that when an Avatar has not been specified, it changes depending on the observer not on the account.
Given new players don't realize this (because to them it appears their chosen faction), this really should be changed to default to the account's faction, not the observers.

Weird, I missed that one, because it didn't have the "vote" option on it.
