After the New Year the passcodes vanished from the News feed. Now you’ll either need to ask other agents in your area or do some Google-sleuthing
Ask your faction there were shared far and wide... no longer visable in scanner
Codes are working even if not visible, if u find them they will work to redeem in scanner.
