Unsure how this could be intentional. Has this already been reported as a bug? Anyone else have their badges out of sync?
Edit Agreements don't count for Recon Badge.
Also, a factor that counteracts that somewhat is that Niantic was giving double recon points earlier this year in Ingress. So there's no way to do any clean math without knowing several different bits of information.
Edit didn't count at first in ingress now they do (always did in pogo).
+ double recon for each agreement twice this year but only in ingress.
Those two badges can't be sync as rewards don't work the same way
Are we getting edits now? It's a shame they can't back fill them.
