I deleted a 36 badge mission so I could write a 24 badge. Niantic won’t accept anything over 18. Is there a new rule I missed the memo on?
No, there is no new rule.... A few days ago a 720 Banner was accepted

I think it does not depend on the length. My experience is that something between the first half and the First 2/3 of submitted missions is accepted and the rest is completely rejected, again and again...
There was an 18 mission limit a number of years ago. Maybe an overzealous reviewer?
no rule i think, they still look at each mission individual no matter how large it is. just bad luck iguess.
