2.61.2 [Android only] - Empty space above Google and Facebook accounts

I know that this empty space is the space for the Apple accounts on iOS, however I believe it should be possible to just hide the empty space as a whole and not have the empty spacer. Not sure if it can be classified as a bug, but I think it fits.
