Not receiving VSCP credits

I just claimed Scout Controller on three Volatiles and only got three points, not nine. I am on an iPhone SE2020 running IOS 14.2.

    Same problem with a Pixel 3XL. Scanned 19 portals, including 2 volatiles. Got 19 notifications that I had claimed Scout Controller. Portal scan credit incremented by 19, got 9500 AP, Scout Controller only incremented by 4. All of the portals originally had another agent as Controller, and all now show me as Controller.

    Reported a similar issue a couple of weeks ago, when I got 14 claim notifications, but only received 11 credits. Support kept saying I was not scanning correctly, they could not seem to separate scan credits with controller credits.

    Same, scanned many, but the 3 volatiles today's, only awarded 1 Scout Controller point

    Same thing happened to me today, scanned 3 vscp's and got only 3p... :-(
