@NianticPooja Could you please confirm if this is also applicable to reports made via https://ingresshelp.com/report.html .
You should see the same options whether you access the support bot via the Scanner or at http://support.ingress.com. If you use the Web chat, there will be an additional step to collect your email address. Just make sure you use the same email (preferably your Ingress login email) while requesting for the fast track.
