Ingress Support Ineffective?
Hey all, I bought a few Key Lockers. Accidentally bought the same colour twice though. I'd prefer to have two different colours, though there doesn't seem to be a way to change this in-game. I contacted Ingress support the same day and they said they'd sort it out for me by removing the locker and refunding my CMU so I could buy a different colour. It's been three months, I messaged them again asking what's going on and they said they're apparently still working on it. It's a bit frustrating as they told me to refrain from using either of the two lockers I'd paid for until they'd removed one.
Anyone know how long it'll take for support to actually do this?

I'm disappointed to report that this still has not been completed. I understand sometimes it might take a while for support to fulfil things like this but it's getting ridiculous now.
I was instructed not to use my key lockers until this is sorted, yet it seems that time will never come.
Any updates on what's happening?
