Unable to access account

I'm not sure this qualifies as a bug exactly. So, I was trying to figure out why I was unable to send a comm message on the browser due to there not being a "transmit" button and linked my google account. Then I wondered if signing out and back in on my phone might fix it. Signing back in under the google account though signed me into an Ingress agent name I hadn't used in years and forgot was even linked to my google account. So I tried unlinking the google account and re signing in using my apple ID. Now the Ingress agent name I've been using is no longer available under either sign in. Avantone, lvl 6 is the old account that I actually wish deleted, and Necron83 is the account I've been using and is lvl 7.

Any help here would be great.
