Mobile vs Desktop differences
I was clicking around on mobile and I found you can view "Activity" which shows the top posters of all time and by week:
However on desktop I can't find this? The URL is https://community.ingress.com/en/activity
Not super important, but thought I'd mention it.

It'd be nice if I can log in on mobile but so far I can't. 🤬
Given the lack of proper text for some of those items, I suspect that page isn't ready for prime time yet. The link to it was probably hidden from the header but missed in the mobile navigation.
