We're looking into an issue that's causing Portals to load more slowly for some Agents. Resolving this issue will require an updated version of the Ingress app, which may take some time.

Hi there guys. I'm having an issue, my map its black and I can hear the intel, voices of the portals, but there's no map. Everything is dark. I can open the menus, but that's all. I was available to play yesterday. I've deleted cache and all the app data, but that didn't work.

I am hit with this bug too (someting similar). Portals will not load, sometimes UI loads after opening and closing portal navigation. When UI loads I can access inventory and so. But If I try to load portal key and charge portal, a black remote view opens.
I had the exact same problem. This morning the game seemed totally broken for me. But it's fixed now.
How can we play if the platform that supports the same game does not work. Impossible the last months there is nothing that updates and improves and nothing works

@NianticCasey seems like its happening after every app start now and takes a few minutes to resolve itself
