Transferring keys to capsules

Anyone else seen anything like this?

I was transferring keys from inventory to a quantum capsule. I select the first key and indicate I want to transfer it.

Selected key count = 1

key quantity selector indicates 1/1.

I move onto the next key (of which I have 3).

Selected key count = 1

key quantity selector indicates 1/1.

At this point the key quantity selector should read 0/3 but it doesn't.
