The difficulty of getting an approval on portal photos

in General
Hello, lately I've been trying to change some of the older/worse portal photos in my area. For example there are some portals without any photo or one taken from a car. Everytime I'm trying to get something approved, checking all of the rules, with all of the photos clearly showing the portal subject it gets rejected. Can someone please explain why is it so hard to get it done?

As a photo submitter myslef, I rarely meet this kind of problem, so not quite sure about what may be causing such rejection.
But I do know that portal pictures must fit the same conditions as any portal submition, so perhaps you should read those and see if there is something there that you can fix in your work.

Why was my photo rejected?
You could also post some of those pictures here and see what could be going wrong since as far as I know portal pictures are still not a Wayfarer matter.
Not him but here's two examples I'm suffering to get it approved:
Had to mark key features to try convince NianticKN on wayfarer community to accept those. I've tried about 5 times each, with different angles.
Interesting. I wouldn't see the new pics as issues.
I can only count 1-2 I got rejections from the many photos I have submitted. The one was because I wanted to see if the historical archived photo of the POI would actually get approved.
The screenshot photo is the old one I was talking about and the one underneath is the one I sent.
Is it possible to get around without trying to convince people on wayfarer? Anyways, thanks for help.
I'm over my 5th attempt and still being denied. I think they need a new employee on that job or change the glasses of the current one. It is really annoying having to do all this work because some human is unable to see the obivous. You example is even worse than mine, the current picture is bad and taked from inside a car and whoever is reviewing it is refusing the better one.
Wow, these are very obvious cases indeed, can't think of any logical reason why they could be rejecting those.
Looks like both portals have changed and are not what they originally were, could it be that reviewer identifies it as a picture of a different portal? Have the rest of portal data already changed aswell?
Asking for a portal removal is not an option as far as we know, there is this black spot thing that triggers when a portal is removed (I'm told) that prevents new portals to be created within. This also leads me to one of my lifetime unanswered a questions: what bind a portal to its identity as a POI?
Nothing I can think of, although there is a tiny advertisement in the back... Perhaps picture triggered some kind of autodetection, like Google Street View autoredacting system for faces and plates. Only Niantic can know.
Picture approvals still go through Niantic
