Game starting at coordinates 0,0

On 16th Sep 2020 at 12:50 UTC+3 started the game on WiFi and the location was at coordinates 0,0. When I cleared the cache and restarted the coordinates where at the true location. At 18:12 restarted on 4G and again the coordinates were at 0,0 but this time I managed to record a screenshot with the true location.
Google maps at all times were at the physical location correctly

Game coordinates of 0,0 is simply meaning that the system could not furnish a location for you. Normally this should come up with Location Inaccurate or something to that effect though.

Heh lucky. I don't have any African keys, and the only Brazilian keys aren't on that little tip.
