[Feature Request] Drone cooldown push notifications

I'm enjoying the drone hacking feature a lot. What I would love to see is the option to enable push notifications on your device when your drone is ready to be moved again, similar to how the other notifications work (comms mentions, portals under attack, etc.). Sometimes it's easy to forget to check in once an hour and I don't leave the app open all day.

e: One other idea - would it be possible to place a drone cooldown timer in the main menu next to the Dronenet option? This way you wouldn't need to load up the drone map every time you wanted to review the timer.
