Toggle display of circles (with max drone move/jump length as radius) in Intel map

To support planning a Drone route, it is hereby suggested to add a toggle button into the Intel map which toggle displaying a circle around each visible portal in the map with a circle radius matching the maximum drone jump length between portals, say e.g. the 500 meter limit.
By seeing the circles it is much easier to plan the route for drone moving/jumping - as you simply can see where the circles overlaps.

The problem is... it's not a circle. Circle implies you always have a way back from a portal you've jumped to. In reality however, due to S2 cells, you don't.
