Dear forum administrators, please change the functionality of the forum a little.
There is a confrontation between two factions in the game, the same thing often happens on the forum. It is quite normal to give someone a dislike if he is from a different faction. It's also normal for Old Believer snobs to come running in a crowd and dislike any proposal for innovation. Therefore, I propose to introduce a system when for each dislike you will have to write a separate message in which the player must reasonably defend his point of view. This will help both support the discussion and relieve the crowd of banal dislikes.

Insightful, Disagree, and Like doesn't offer any weighting to the post being shown or not. There's no need to "enhance" the disagree button. The disagree button serves one purpose: To cut down on the admins being spammed with flagged posts, which used to happen before the Disagree button was added.
Also, don't entertain cross-faction disagreement conspiracies in your head. The disagree button does not show who used it, unlike the Insightful and Like buttons, so you have absolutely no way to confirm that what you're saying is happening is the truth. Don't fuel that garbage.
I regularly see a lot of dislikes under each suggestion for improving the game, and no one explains what exactly he doesn't like.
Why should they? If you start requiring people to leave a comment to use the disagree button, it isn't going to lead to well thought out posts, it's going to lead to pages of the lowest amount of effort to use the button. "No, lol" posts, for pages. Overthinking forum software always leads to problems.

Are these going to be visible as why? In which case it's a comment and should be posted as such so it can be "Disagreed" with.
If it's not visible, every Disagree statement will be "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa".
This is not how social media works. You don't have to justify your likes, and you don't have a justify your dislikes. That's what comments are for if people wants them.
No-one in the history of ... ever ... has had to justify their disagreement click.
If you want them to explain it, remove the "Disagree" button and make them say something as a comment.
I hope people realize that the likes, insightful, disagrees aren't shown when logged out.
I think it would be more useful if the people who hit disagree were just as visible as those who chose like or insightful. It's easy to be a keyboard warrior anonymously, but most of them chicken out when they have to sign their statement as it were.
It would probably be simpler just to remove the Disagree button.
I wish people who likes portal pictures was also visible...
Showing who disagreed on posts would just be more drama. Don't remove the button, though.
The disagreements are just a number, just don't worry about it. If someone is collecting disagreements constantly with their posts, and it's actually bothering them, they should probably do some self-reflection and think about what they're posting.
Keep things as it is. I like something, I Like; I disagree with something, I disagree.
It originally was, and it caused an uproar.
