"Duplicate login methods on Ingress" Help needed asap!
I'm one of those affected by the "Duplicate login" and I have received the form through (one of) the emails assigned to my one and only account -Sindaya. (I have only ever had one agent account since I started in 2014). But when I had to update my email due to the old email being invalid (work-related) I ended up with two different email addresses being linked to the same account (three if you count the old one that is still the only way to log in on mission creator).
So one of the new addresses turned out linked to the Community forum, while the other one is linked to Prime, wayfarer, intel (and the old address as mentioned still to mission creator).
I have reported this several times through help desk ingame, but what will happen now? Will either my prime or my community disapear? (Again, same account, just differnt emails and Forum and Prime has interacted perfectly during Tessellation and decoding challenge should be mentioned. )
As the form is running out in 3 h (have also replied to form-mail and opened a new case through Prime, no answer) I'm very concerned of the outcome as the form doesn't allow me to describe the context but just allows me to chose one email. Will choosing one of the emails affect my loggin either at Prime (and intel, wayfarer etc) or Forum?

I'm troubleshooting an issue affecting a small group of Agents with issues logging in to Ingress, and doing so via email rather than the forum because of the sensitive nature of login information. (Just a reminder that I would never ask for an account password.) This email will be sent from our NIA Ops domain, for example username@nia-ops.com, subject line: "Duplicate login methods on Ingress" to the email addresses associated with affected accounts. J'avais répondu au mail pour ce soucis du même compte ingress sur 2 mail différents, es ce que ce problème sera réglé bientôt ?
