Troubleshooting duplicate login methods
I'm troubleshooting an issue affecting a small group of Agents with issues logging in to Ingress, and doing so via email rather than the forum because of the sensitive nature of login information. (Just a reminder that I would never ask for an account password.) This email will be sent from our NIA Ops domain, for example
[email protected], subject line: "Duplicate login methods on Ingress" to the email addresses associated with affected accounts. Thank you.
