New, don’t know where to post Pokémon go gym help special needs home
Hi how’s it going guys! I’m new to this, looking for help with this, I’m level 1 and I got 3
people in a special needs home that play Pokémon go, but due to covid 19 they can’t go out due to s.d.s mandate rules and regulations. Looking for helping on creating a Pokémon gym / and or pokestop for them to have near the building it’s company owned and would really like everyone’s help!!

That's not how any of this works.
Hahaha wait sitting while your gym arrives xD
Instead of us all being dismissive and disrespectful, why not point them in the right direction?
First, you have to be level 40 in Pogo or level 10 in Ingress to submit POI for consideration. Then, the community votes on them.
Instead, I would try to reach out to local players who have some experience submitting pokestop/portal candidates, who could give specific guidance on this particular location and might even be able to upload the submission.
Second, there has to be an object that meets criteria for acceptance; again I'd ask local players if they can visit the area and try to find an eligible candidate (like a mural, statue, little free library, playground, etc) on site.
find someone that can submit portals via pokemon or ingress and follow these guidelines ,

Off topic. Wrong chat and certainly the wrong forum.
Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed at this community for not being nicer to you, as you're trying to do the right thing by asking rather than making terrible wayfarer submissions yourself.
I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic to help you in person, but I've had a quick look on Google and at the Ingress Intel map, and there's actually a very good chance that you can legitimately get a stop and a gym there. Niantic have a lot of rules about what can and cannot be accepted as a Waypoint (that's the name for things that qualify to be Portals in Ingress, Gyms or Pokestops in Pokemon and... well I don't know what but something in Harry Potter Wizards Unite). The bad news is that you don't have Google Street view so I couldn't have a good look round, but the good news is that I can see at least two good candidates right next to Birch Wood Homes. The baseball court and the pair of tennis courts are both good candidates. If you get one accepted it will become a pokestop, but if both are accepted, then one will become a gym.
The process is quite complex, and you need to be a pretty high level player of either Ingress or Pokemon Go so make submissions. Looking at the map, I think you'd be unlikely to get from beginner to the required level in less than a year unless you're prepared to put hours a day in - and that's under non-lockdown conditions (that's a particular issue I have with the submission system, the more rural and in need of waypoints you are, the harder it is to get to the point where you can make more).
I recommend you reach out to your town's Pokemon Go community (try Facebook, or if that fails ask on The Silph Road Reddit) and find someone with at least a level 39 account who can visit you, take the necessary photos, choose titles, write descriptions and make the submissions to Wayfarer. They will probably also know how long approval usually takes in your area (it can vary from a few days to a few months, unfortunately, depending on how many reviewers are are near you).
Good luck!
@Derpy907 were you able to reach out to the local community for help with this?
