Button for submitting doesn't appear

Hello


Since the version 2.45.1 was released, the button for submitting a new portal doesn't appear; anybody else is having this problem?


Other case is when I'm using Ingress and after few minutes the button disappears

    Same here, sometimes the nomination button returns, right now it is not there, yesterday it reappeared after a while.

    There on my home WiFi, not out on 4G, did anyone get to the bottom of this?!
