The Disappearing Capsule
After loading a rare capsule (not quantum) with keys, I clicked "cancel" as I always do to finish, and then "x"d out of the capsule to close it. This time, the capsule and the keys were simply gone. It wasn't dropped, the keys were no longer in inventory, and something went seriously awry.
