Has anyone reached over 100 Upgrades yet?

I'm personally closing into 80 upgrades myself but I wanted to know what drives the folks who got to 100+ upgrades. Did the ability to basically fast track your submissions make such a big difference in your place of play that resulted in trying to review as much as possible?

The bump in the queue depends on what the queue is like in your area. I've noticed a quicker return on some nominations.

Since the upgrades depend on matching Niantic with agreements, there's really no set pace with OPR reviews to ensure obtaining an upgrade at the right time.

I reached 100 once to try whether it actually would make any difference. The portal that was speed up needed more than a week, so it's not exactly speedy. Now I'm back to doing OPR only when I'm super bored.

@TimWolla Sorry if I didn't word it but I meant 100 upgrades which is an implied 10,000 agreements and edit agreements. However upgrades do tend to become either approved within hours or within a week for the most part. Just want to make sure you only got 1 upgrade and that was what happened or did I misread the sentence?

I'm at 32 upgrades. I haven't been in OPR that much. I run into the empty queue frequently and then forget about if for a while.

@Glenuendo that's also mine with OPR I am at 28 Upgrades.

    I'm only at 4 upgrades🤣

I did a flurry of reviews when the upgrade system was introduced because I had 3 portals I submitted in India which were getting close to 300 days in the system. Each of them went through within a couple of days once it got upgraded.

4 upgrades. The upgrade system was introduced much after my initial review piles. Now I spend more time reviewing as I work (these 4 were over a working week).

A couple of the upgrades i saw the speed up push through within a day, a couple still took a few more days (my usual area around the Paris region is pretty filled with submissions)

For info- I'm reviewing portals around france/Belgium with a smattering in Germany for my main, then UK as my second location - still yet to hit empty queue.

60 here. It does seem to make a difference to the speed of approval.

25 Upgrades, it's an exciting feeling when you tick over to the 100.

It does make an impact on speed returned not that I've notice the backlog being that bad currently. Trying to keep using all 28 a fortnight (redacted/prime) before redacted goes away and pogo submission come Australia

  • In my area there is someone who just reached 40.000 agreements.

Regarding the upgrades, everything depends on the number of OPR agents in your area.

Previous submissions I did took about a month, one I posted with an upgrade was handled within a week

  • No, because there is still a log in issue with OPR. almost lvl 13 now with no OPR done.

68 upgrades here. I have noticed some subs get skipped for upgrades, even though I had free ones. Makes no difference, turnaround is rather quick here anyways

I'm on around 80 upgrades. Since Prime submissions went live it's rare I hear back from a sub unless it's been upgraded. So I have lots of incentive to review.

@Senmana Same here. Its the only guaranteed way I can force a review so its really nice compared to the past where I just had to wait months later.

It's a disincentive to do OPR when an upgrade just means that a perfectly good submission gets rejected really quickly.
