Nevermind, I got the answer from our local chat. Our FS was not verified, because the shared group photo from Facebook was not enough proof. 20+ participants, same location in the last few months...
Typically the issue if a Facebook photo link isn't approved is because the post wasn't public, we check photo links from incognito/private browsers and advise that organizers check this way before submitting them too.
Also not a bad idea for attendees to check the score page themselves after an event to see if the IFS-UN verified the event, or flagged an issue with it https://fevgames.net/ifs-score-sub/
