<p>A popup with "ingress is not supported on this device configuration" appears. I can understand if Ingress don't like my custom Android 13 on my Samsung S8,but i also got Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 on stock Android 9 with closed bootloader and it also tells the same.</p><p>Can i have some clarification about what's going on?</p><p>NB PokemonGo works well,even GooglePay works,but not Ingress.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Wayspot title "Purple Coneflower," location 39.282288 , -76.600439 was accepted on 5/18. It is now 5/21 and it still has not shown up, even though things accepted after it have. The location coordinates that I submitted perfectly match the coordinates for it in the Wayfarer app so the location was not changed upon review. The closest existing portal is "Bug Hotel Informational Sign" (location 39.282287, -76.600048), which is over 33 meters away. There is a closer wayspot in Lightship but it does not appear in Ingress, only Pokemon, so it shouldn't affect my submission appearing in Ingress. What is going on here?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Maps no longer seem to be loading properly in the scanner after the first time a map is loaded. Specifically, if I either complete a mission or submit a nomination, if I then load up either Nominations or the Mission map, the maps fail to load, showing just a black box. I have to restart the scanner to get them to load again.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I pulled sixteen items of one capsule to place in another, got a error: capsule operation failed, and later when restarted it appeared to duplicate the removed items. Now on another startup  the original storage capsule appears to have duplicated. They have the same item number identifier. <p>I tried to report the CAL error via support but my in-game support was stuck on a ticket I reported in August  about Adventure Sync, which was fixed in a later update. It turns out the ticket was never cleared. <p>My wife and son were also there. My wife had not played ingress in more than a month. She may have opened the scanner and hacked a portal earlier in the day but that was about it.</p><p> When she attacked the CAL restricted portal it was fine. No CAL message. She destroyed the portal and I could then capture the portal without a CAL issue.</p><p><strong>Issues</strong></p><ol><li> Why could I attack a portal 50m away from the CAL portal and still get a CAL block?</li><li>What does an agent do if they already have an uncleared  ticket (like me) and hit the CAL issue?</li><li>Why are old tickets not getting cleared? Is there anything agents can do this clear resolved tickets?</li><li>Why do I, who has played almost everyday for the past few months get a CAL block while my wife who has not played for the last few months may except may be an odd hack not get a CAL issue?</li></ol><p><strong>Possible Solution</strong></p><p>Niantic has a lot of information about me. Recursed twice, 167M lifetime AP, 60 (real) mission days, 42 (real) NL events, 16 anomalies on the ground (excluding BB only anomalies) among others.  These stats, should be enough to confirm I am a real agent. The fact that I regularly play all around the world (having completed a MD in each continent) should be obvious if CAL is based on historical agent data.</p><p>Even if this was not the case I had been peeling the BAF inside out for a good 15+ layers without a problem. The last portal only ~50 meters away from the second last portal should not be a problem. If I was doing this by myself it would have been a 4+ hour drive (one way) wasted.</p><p>This is no more frustrating than driving 4+ hours to put up a field only have it killed by a fake agent.   In my experience majority of BAFs were not spoofed down.  But from my sample of one, evey/most legitimate attackers are getting hit wit a CAL block.  </p><p>It seems the CAL approach has just shifted the frustration from builders to attackers.  More than that an occasional frustration for builders have turned in to a guaranteed frustration to attackers.  </p><p>I suggest Niantic establish some sort of hard-to-achieve, secret (if do desired) base line profile (eg. recursed, X in-person events, over a 100M+ AP etc) where the CAL restriction does not apply.  Otherwise you are going to end up with lots of very frustrated agents.</p><p>  I am happy to provide additional detail if needed.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I had an issue with an apex well over a month ago, and the "fix" was to give me the apex back, but my account was compromised. The account was taken down for several days without explanation. When it was return as "fixed" my account AP was in the negatives, my level was incorrect all the keys were gone, all the lockers and caps were gone, all the premium items and other gear was gone. When I reported that my account was screwed up, they fixed the AP and level but never fixed the rest of the account. </p><p>I've had 5 tickets about this issue out and about since this whole debacle started and still haven't had progress since my account was "fixed". All reps have been silent and no higher ups have contacted me. I'm frankly beyond angry at this point, and so is the community. If you aren't going to fix my account I'd like my money back or the means to fix the account on my own. </p><p>To see how my account has been compromised and not fixed: I reinstall the game and log in, see the 2000 bursters and missing gear/keys. Then check all communication avenues to see if anyone from Ingress or Niantic has responded. </p><p>What I expected to happen: add apex and then remove 2000 or so AP from the account or "use" some free items to "gain" the offset AP. </p><p>What I got: 2000 bursters in place of thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars of keys and gear removed from my account. </p><p>Samsung A23 Android 5G most recent ingress update, as I recently redownload it after weeks of not playing.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Scanner version: 2.136.1-a69494a4</p><p>Device: Samsung S10e Android 12 (One UI 4.1)</p><p>I'm getting a bit frustrated with how often I have to restart the scanner.  In the morning it needs restarting because <a href="https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/22389/" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">the daily bounties don't refresh</a>.  In the afternoon it's because I drone-hacked a Portal and <a href="https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/22441/" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">there's a permanent results screen splatted across the map</a>.         <description><![CDATA[<p>Since mid-day Sept 10th I have been unable to login into Ingress.</p><p>I'm running Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Android 13 with all the latest available updates. Ingress 2.124.2</p><p>I have this problem when I'm on gigabit WiFi, LTE or 5G(speed test shows 500mbit down/180mbit up, 0 packet loss).</p><p>The last time I was able to use Ingress on this phone was shortly after 12am on Sept 10th.</p><p>Later the same night at around 2am I got OS security update from Samsung. It installed without any problems or errors. I haven't tried Ingress after that until 12pm the same day and that's when I couldn't login and performed all the troubleshooting steps below.</p><p>To troubleshoot this issue I have rebooted my phone multiple times, deleted app cache, deleted app data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, formatted cache partition.</p><p>None of this helped. The game still gets stuck after the account selection screen until it times out and asks me to login again.</p><p><a href="https://community.ingress.com/en/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&amp;target=http%3A%2F%2Fintel.ingress.com" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">intel.ingress.com</a> works fine with the same account. Campfire works fine too. Other apps and websites which use the same Google account for authentication work fine too.</p><p>In addition to that Pokemon GO also gets stuck after the account selection, until it times out. Pikmon Bloom doesn't even get to the login screen, it's just spinning forever. But my primary concern is Ingress.</p><p>None of the other apps or websites that I use on this phone have any problems connecting to the internet and working properly. Only Niantic's apps can't login.</p><p><br /></p><p>I also have old LG V30 and on it Ingress works fine, so it seems like it's something between Ingress(and other Niantic apps) and Samsung's update.</p><p><br /></p><p>Please assist.</p>]]>

        <title>Cannot find IFS badge and stats everywhere</title>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>After my first IFS in 2023.2, I cannot see anything related to IFS on my personal profile.</p><p>I've confirmed that I have finished IFS from local poc and official website. Also, I can see the badge in someone else's profile.</p><p>The badge's neither locked or unlocked, it just disappeared. Same to the stats, I cannot find it in any category.</p><p>I tried on Android 12 / Android 13, Ingress Prime 2.134.1, 4G / WiFi, Xiaomi device. None works.</p>]]>
