        <description><![CDATA[<p>Phone: Galaxy Z fold3 5G</p><p>One UI version 5.1.1</p><p>Android version: 13</p><p>Ingress version 2.123.2</p><p>This morning I did a drone hack and a regular hack and then ran a Samsung UI update.</p><p>Ingress now sticks in loading and, if left, gives an "Ingress requires a secure login. Please check your internet ..."      message.</p><p>The issue is the same on both wifi and modile data.</p><p>I have tried clearing both cache and data without resolving the problem.</p><p>When I switched to my backup phone and loaded ingress it plays without problems on both wifi and data.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I have been flying my drone around north (NE/NW) of London for the last 8 to10 weeks. And then this happened about an hour ago. My Drone is now isolated, that is out of range from any other portal. My only thought is that the portal I jumped from has been deleted, leaving me stranded with no where to go! Anyone got any ideas to keep me flying, other than recall. These screen shots show the N,E,S &amp; W views. As you can see, I am now home in Adelaide Australia, 16,238km away. Anyone else?</p><p>I’ve reinstalled ingress several times, and re-enabled adventure sync, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I updated to iOS 17 to see if that makes a difference, but it doesn’t.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I tried to empty my permanent yellow key locker today.  The action seemed to stall out in the client, so I cancelled it.  After that seemed to stall out, I quit the app and restarted it.  After restarting, 27 of the 99 keys had unloaded.  I was unable to either load keys back into the locker nor unload keys out of the locker.</p><p>I tried clearing cache, clearing storage, restarting my phone multiple times.  Now, the yellow key locker has somehow vanished from my inventory and I have 48 keys in my inventory.</p><p>I need help getting my yellow key locker back into my inventory (with whatever keys should still be in it) so that it can be used in game as it should be.</p>]]>

Many people are travelling during December for vacation, and they definitely missed upc because of this bug.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have that '<a href="https://community.ingress.com/en/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&amp;target=https%3A%2F%2Fniantic.helpshift.com%2Fhc%2Fen%2F34-campfire%2Ffaq%2F3520-known-issues%2F%3Fp%3Dweb" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">known bug</a>' where I can't login to the actual Campfire app because I had used it within Ingress, even after being invited to Campfire by someone else via Pokemon Go.  </p><p>I used to be able to at least access the chat part of Campfire through the Ingress app, but with the new update today that sends you to the Campfire app, I can't use Campfire at all now.</p><p>I heard there was a thread where Niantic was manually fixing accounts with this issue, but I can't seem to find it in this forum.  </p><p>I tried the Campfire app's 'Contact Us' and didn't get any response.  I tried the Ingress help and since it still has an open chat session about the broken portal scan uploads, it won't create a new case for this.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The default Niantic Support Bot (Remy) which is available via Report a Problem -&gt; Contact Us is broken.</p><p>It's been broken for me since February 2022 when I reported a missing Core Subscriber annual passcode.</p><p>Since it is broken, i am totally unable to Contact Support via the Scanner per normal.</p><p>I've tried all sorts of key word commands to force quit the original Contact US chat and nothing works.</p><p>Iphone 13 Pro, iOS 15.6. ATT Wireless. Scanner 2.56.2 (and everything earlier back during 2022)</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes you can not hack a portal.</p><p>The missions community first noticed because it affects your ability to complete a mission.</p><p>Recently it shows a 'communications' error and you can more easily tell that the issue is occurring.</p><p>There is no known fix / work around.  The issue will go away after about an hour.</p><p>During kureze effect 3rd phase another agent showed me the issue occurring for them.  Only 1 portal was unhackable for them.  It was hackable for me.</p><p>The issue affected me this weekend when I was hacking 2 portals and one of them became unhackable - communications error.  I tried driving 1 mile away, reboot the phone, and return to the portal about 10 minutes later, but the issue still occurred.</p><p>Its quite rare but has happened for at least 5 years, back in the redacted days, so likely a server side error.</p><p>It's likely more common than we think, but previously it didnt show any indication a hack had been attempted.  Now it shows a communications error, but those are common for a variety of errors.</p><p>Please fix</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Turn on adventure sync.</p><p>Start a kinetic capsule</p><p>Walk 7.1 km</p><p>Get a notification that kinetic capsule is ready.  But you cant 'claim' the capsule yet.</p><p>Restart Ingress Prime</p><p>Now you can claim the capsule.</p><p>This issue started about 3 weeks ago and is very consistent for me... I get the notification at 7.1km almost every time.  Once I had it at 6.9km.</p><p>Once I didnt get the notification even at 7.8km, so I went ahead and did the restart of the scanner, and indeed the capsule was ready.</p>]]>
