Niantic needs to make some sort of automated whitelist option, its not really good that buying the latest samsung out of box u cant scan whats up with that ? mobile tech is developing fast u shouldnt have to worry buying a brand new phone if it will be possible to scan with it. Niantic needs to be 2 steps ahead those users and not wait several weeks or months before they whitelist it. If they will keep doing it manually this problem will not go away..

I've had a fair number of nonexistent (either removed or fake) wayspots taken out of the games. What has worked best for me is using the Wayfarer support chat and submitting geotagged photos It's even better if you can include something in the photo that is identifiable in either street or satellite view, although that might be difficult for this case. I also tend to take a brightly-colored object and place it at the location of the pin (to the best of my ability) to provide a visual reference.

Maybe when you traveled you change timezone and hit midnight again and new bounties was generated? :D

Hey @OldDirtyBard , I have a somewhat different issue, but I think it was caused by a similar issue:
I have used this iPhone for years and never had any issues, but I remember now I installed Ingress on my iPad when my phone was being repaired for two days. If I recall correctly, that was about the same period my Adventure Sync was broken.
I walk 10-15 thousand steps each day, approx 10KM, and the weekly report only shows 20-30km.
What I did yesterday seems to have resolved the issue for me; what I did was: Uinstall Ingress on my phone, reboot the phone (volume up, volume down, hold the power button until it turns off and back on again) and reinstall Ingress.
I'm going to keep an eye on my KM's trekked, reporting back on monday after the fitrep report.

OK I'll take the bait better. The first three years of C.O.R.E cost $194.64. That's 31 months at $4.99, and 5 months at $7.99.
And gave countless hours of enjoyment, excitement, satisfaction.
