Okay,it's suspension (strike level two).Usually it lasts approximately 30 days.Can be given for spoofing (eg too fast movement) or mulli-account game. Now i'd recommend to wait 30 days from the time when account became "removed from the system" and after that time - contact "account review" again,but in response to second email (in Your screenshot it's Johannes) write about "30 days have passed,and second strike lasts approximately 30 days". It's written in "Three strikes policy".
This is not a bug because account is not terminated so why wayfarer should be disabled...Also ingame (web version) support can not help with cases like that,but still can work with other cases,also ingame push alerts will work. And yes there are cases when email about suspension is lost (but usually it's lost if account is terminated).
But there is a bug with that state,ingress should give You login message about account suspension or termination - but it doesn't (forever-loading or "access denied" or "unable to load account data" is not the answer).
And Niantic usually won't tell "what exactly was violated".

Here You can send a ban appeal. First message (via email) will be automated and second will clarify is it a permaban or suspension. You also can reply to second message with explanation (eg copy this topic and even link).

First thing I'd say: why are they not even posting these to the News section any more?
Second thing: two really long-standing bugs fixed! (The first one was reported four years ago, the second a bit over three years ago and twice more since then.) I am almost as ecstatic about this as I was when they finally fixed portal key sorting roughly three years after they broke it. Could this be a precedent for some real QoL improvements in the scanner?
Third thing: did the bounties screen really need more vibration? I don't think so...

Whether I am required or not to do on my daily chores is my own business, I think we have too many medals for everything. It's good to have something to do but profiles gets clogged with so many medals. I'm still waiting a way to show only ingame medals and not the ones purchased from the ingame store.
The game should be more focused on team play rather than individual achievements.

@Neku69 I agree with you about almost everything that you've said, but I think that having more earnable badges can be a good thing. I think it would be good if destruction badges were closer to parity with creation badges.
I've found an excellent way to only show the in-game badges and not purchased ones... I don't buy any. (-: (OK, technically I have a Stella badge that someone tricked me into redeeming a code for, and that I would love to get rid of, but it's so old that most players probably have no clue what it's about.)

It has been many weeks and I am completely SOL with my CORE subscription. Customer service has done NOTHING. I am cancelling my subscription and filing credit card chargebacks against Niantic.
