Niantic laid off a bunch of people, now closing avenues of contact / promotions, and deleting everything, so yet again, searching for information will be a pain just like when G+ went away. Telling us to use Reddit? They can't use it for support, or for when an agent has an issue logging in. That won't work in the app. sigh. When's the sunset date for Ingress then? If you can't afford to have even basic forums, then the game is hurting beyond badly.

Wow, thanks niantic. That means you're gonna shutdown the Niantic wayfarer community page too right? No, just ingress community? Cool ... Nothing like saying you don't care about your players by sending them to one of the most toxic places for game information.

And it wasn’t just me who wrote this, many agents wrote to Brian and the community manager. It did not help. No one was answered. This is absolute disgusting, this is how he treats his clients.
There is such a game, Crossout Mobile, and in general there are many such games. It has a telegram channel, it has communities on social networks, and there are managers everywhere responding to every adequate message addressed to the company. Every two or three months there are updates with a ton of content. What do we have? But we have silence, we don’t even have banal AMAs. And why? But Brian doesn’t make contact, I wrote to him on social networks and invited him to come to the forum and chat with agents. I also tried to write to the Community Manager, she also didn’t care about our problems. Does anyone have contact with the administration of our game or with the developers? Well, maybe someone knows at least a cleaning lady who works at Niantic? Or any pizza or coffee delivery guy for this company???
